Intervention
Intervention is not an event; it is a process. ARISE® intervention is a minimum 6-month commitment. Some of the benefits include:
develop and collaborate with appropriate support systems including the family and professionals
will work to prevent premature dropout from treatment
develop and implement a relapse prevention plan
coordinate appropriate aftercare for long term success
prepare for emergency meetings (if/when necessary)
engage the family in psychoeducational work
further promote long term, individual, and family recovery
